With so many questions to think of, gifting doesn't remain fun anymore . These days it is very difficult to think what to give someone as a gift.  We all have our own choices and we end up getting gifts which we don't like. This eventually leads us to go ahead and get it exchanged for something we like for ourselves.

Almost all leading banks are letting you buy the gift cards. They look like a normal credit/debit card and is used like any other ATM/ Debit card. The only drawback it has is that you cannot withdraw money or exchange the card for the equivalent cash.

All gift cards are accompanied with a pin (used as a password) and requires one time registration. These cards are usually valid for 1-3 years. All these cards have a small fee associated with them. You can use these gift cards anywhere you want - online or offline, for shopping or for food.

The minimum balance starts from Rs 500/- and then it can be increased in the multiples of Re. 1/- in almost all the gift cards.

Training needs

We often wait for our Organisations to conduct some training, and nominate or force us to go through that training. But why can't we suggest our organization heads about the training we need? Why we are scared of giving recommendations? This is a common problem in most of the indian organizations. The staff either is not competent enough to identify their training needs or they are scared to communicate the training needs to higher management. It can be a win-win situation for all. Higher management has the budget for trainings but doesnt know where to invest. If staff lets the management know where to put the budget, then everyone will get benefit from this.

Corporate Trainings: Requirement

Corporate Trainings are very much required in every industry. No one can retain their staff on old technologies. In such booming world, everyone wants to win the race and if you really want to win, you need to remain updated along the way.

Corporate Trainings help you in grooming your staff with the help of experienced people with varied knowledge, and all this in your budget. If you try to calculate the ROI, you will figure out that it is very easy to get the returns on the training cost pretty soon.

Obviously, if your staff is constantly learning new things, it will be very easy to retain them.
